Rachel Johnson's story is a simple one and like many others…she chose woodworking as a creative outlet. It seems pure and natural to make things with wood. Most of the wood she uses for her jewelry is up-cycled wood cut offs from her family owned wood flooring company that she owns and operates with her husband. For Rachel, it feels extremely satisfying to rescue this beautiful wood from being thrown away.

Token Jewelry was established in Eau Claire Wisconsin in 2005 by Sarah Willger. Each piece of Token Jewelry is handmade from start to finish, using sterling silver, 14k yellow and rose gold fill and natural gemstones. Sarah draws inspiration for her designs through the exploration of organic shapes, architecture and the community or women that surround her.

Jill is another local McFarland artist. She is often inspired by crochet, and lace, and is drawn to ornate floral patterns and decorative architectural elements. She captures the sentiment of these inspirations, yet translates them in unique, contemporary, and understated ways. She often chooses a matte finish and leaves hammer marks and marks of the handmade as visible attributes in the work.

Sunday December 11th from 1-3 PM

What a great time of year it is to learn how to paint with watercolors! This intro level class will be a fun one to enjoy with family and friends! This class is ideal for students ages 12+. No watercolor experience is needed. We provide the supplies, the studio space, and a fantastic teacher. You will walk away with a beautiful ornament piece matted and ready to frame!
